What we’ll engrave
Our default answer is yes. Here’s the short list of what we won’t make, and what you confirm when you order.

What you can put on a piece
Almost anything. Our default answer is yes: a pet’s paw and name, a family cabin, a wedding date, a memorial, a team crest, a character, an inside joke. Businesses put their logo on challenge coins, awards and giveaways.
The assistant steers every design toward what reads well in metal at this size. That’s about what you’ll be able to see on the coin, not about what’s allowed: what works on a coin.
What we won’t make
Anything illegal, and anything our image service or our payment provider, Stripe, doesn’t allow: for example sexual content involving minors, credible threats, or anything else Stripe’s list of restricted businesses rules out.
When the assistant can’t make something, it says so plainly and asks what the piece is for, so it can help you get close another way.
When the image service says no
The service that draws the artwork has its own safety rules, and sometimes declines a request on its own, for example a realistic portrait of some real people. That’s its call, not ours. When it happens, the assistant tells you and suggests something close, like a stylized figure instead of a portrait, which usually reads better at this size anyway.
Names, logos and likenesses
We don’t ask you to prove that a logo or a name is yours, and the assistant won’t question it. Instead, when you order, you check a box to confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos, trademarks, artwork or likenesses of real people in your design, and when you add a photo or logo, you check one to confirm you have the right to use it and the permission of anyone in it.
If someone makes a claim against us because of a design you gave us, our terms of sale ask you to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Orders we turn down
We can turn down any design or order before engraving starts, for example if it falls outside these rules. If you’ve paid, we refund it in full. See refunds and cancellations.
